- STUART ROPER
- After years of traveling and living in all sorts of interesting places, I've once again relocated, this time to a spectacularly beautiful area in North Central Texas. You can spot me almost anywhere on location, as I continue to primarily paint en plein air. I'm currently a member of the American Impressionist Society, The Oil Painters of America, The Laguna Plein Air Panters, The International Plein Air Painters and The Outdoor Painters Society
